This position is responsible for investigation, design and programming
to address business requirements for the PLM/CAx systems. Also for
identification and remediation of problems through implementation
of efficient, cost effective programming solutions.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
Windchill Developer Develop and maintain Windchill
PLM configurations and customization for the following modules:
PDMLink, ProjectLink, PartsLink, ESI, Portfolio Management and the
Medical Device Template.
Provide technical support for systems programming and analysis
in CAD/CAM/CAE applications, Java, JSP, Javascript, HTML, XML, UML
modeling, SQL, etc
Analyze system problems, determine solutions and take appropriate
action steps to implement solutions.
Produce innovative software solutions to meet business needs.
Write detail specifications for new systems or existing system
modifications.
Work with business units and end users to provide appropriate
reporting systems.
Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to ones
job and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and
compliance at all times.
Diligently participate in our compliance program-related
activities as denoted by your supervisor or the Chief Compliance
Officer.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements
BA, BS or equivalent technical training and work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of development experience with Windchill
PLM.
Experience required with Windchill 8.0/9.X System Administration,
InfoEngine and use of the API.
Experience working with software code management tools (such
as Subversion).
Demonstrated knowledge of Web Servers, Servlet Engines, Databases
and LDAP as they relate to web based application development.
Experience with Cognos Business Reporting is beneficial.
Experience with AJAX, Java Beans, JMX, SOAP, SOA methodologies
beneficial.
Experience with Pro/EENGINEER, Pro/TOOLKIT, MS BizTalk, and/or
TIBCO Businessworks is beneficial.
Must be self-motivated and able to learn quickly and apply
knowledge. Ability to work under pressure to meet departmental and
business unit deadlines.
Ability to handle multiple projects at once.
Organizational, project management and leadership skills
to lead others through system installations and modifications.
Available to work off hours as required.
Domestic and International travel up to 20% of time.
