The qualified individual will be responsible for designing, documenting, and executing system integration tests. The qualified candidate must possess strong communication, technical, and leadership skills. Responsibilities to include: - Design system integration tests - Generate system integration test plans - Execute system integration tests - Analyze and document test results - Work efficiently with software development teams - Communicate effectively with multi-disciplinary technical teams - Effective use of in-house and 3rd party tools for testing

Required Skills : - Strong software system testing background - Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux - Effective analysis skills - Ability to resolve issues independently - Excellent communication skills - Knowledge and experience with Software Development Life Cycle methodologies - Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g. TCP\IP, Multicast,e etc) - Relational database and query composition - Demonstrate leadership abilities - Experience with high throughput \ low latency trading systems a big plus - Messaging software a plus : 29West, Tibco, MQ - FIX protocol knowledge a plus
